摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：检测早期梅毒患者血清IL-37和IL-38的水平。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测140例早期梅毒患者和180例正常对照血清IL-37、IL-38的表达水平。结果：早期梅毒患者血清中IL-37和IL-38的中位数分别为14.15 pg/m L和12.21 pg/m L,正常对照组分别为31.76 pg/m L和17.09 pg/m L,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.005）。结论：早期梅毒患者外周血清中IL-37和IL-38降低,可能与梅毒患者细胞免疫相关。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the serum level of IL-37 and IL-38 in the patients with early syphilis. Methods:The level of IL-37 and IL-38 was detected with ELISA in 140 patients with early syphilis and 180 healthy controls. Results: The medians of IL-37 and IL-38 in patients of early syphilis were 14.15 pg/mL and 12.21 pg/mL, which was lower than those of in healthy controls 31.76 pg/mL and 17.09 pg/mL (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of IL-37 and IL-38 is lower in the patients with early syphilis, indicating that IL-37 and IL-38 may be involved in the cellular immunity.
