肺大泡手术拔管后左胸壁及双下肢网状瘀斑一例

摘要： 网状瘀斑是由多种原因引起的皮肤局部血液循环失调，本文报道一例气管拔管后出现网状瘀斑表现的病例。患者，男，66岁，肺大泡手术拔出气管导管后皮肤出现了青紫色网状变化。诊断：网状瘀斑症。积极处理原发病因同时给予激素治疗后，网状瘀斑症状消失。

Abstract: Reticular ecchymosis is a kind of local blood circulation maladjustment of skin. We reported a case with reticular ecchymosis after extubation of trachea. A 66-year-old male presented with blue purple reticular changes in the skin after extubation of bullae surgery. The diagnosis of reticular ecchymosis was made. The symptoms of reticular ecchymosis disappeared after active treatment of primary causes and glucocorticoid treatment.
