急性休止期脱发一例

摘要： 患者，女，26岁。因工作压力脱发半年。脱发呈弥漫性，起病急，伴有发根疼痛，全头毛发轻拉试验阳性。皮肤镜检查可见较多新生毳毛生长，掉落毛发发根呈杵状改变，并且有色素减退现象。诊断为急性休止期脱发，予营养支持治疗，并缓解患者焦虑后，毛发基本恢复正常。

Abstract:

A 26-year-old female presented with diffuse hair shedding with trichodynia for 6 months due to work pressure. The hair-pulling test was positive. Dermoscopic examination showed many new vellus hairs, and the proximal part of the shed hair shaft was hypopigmentation. The diagnosis of acute telogen effluvium was made. The hair lose basically recovered after support treatment and relieving anxiety.
