摘要: 较为理想的创面敷料应具备抗菌、止血、生物相容性和促进组织再生等功能,近年来,伴随着纳米技术的发展,在组织工程领域出现了使用包括静电纺丝纳米纤维在内的各类生物支架作为新一代创面敷料,并取得了良好效果。本文综述了皮肤创面敷料的种类、静电纺丝技术及其发展、纳米纤维的生产方法、静电纺丝纳米纤维的原料来源及其创面敷料具有的特征。

Abstract: A good wound dressing should have the functions of antibacterial, hemostatic, biocompatibility and promoting tissue regeneration. In recent years, with the development of nanotechnology, various biological scaffolds including electrospinning nanofibers have been used as a new generation of wound dressings in the field of tissue engineering, and good effects have been achieved. In this paper, we reviewed the types of skin wound dressings, electrospinning technology and development, the methods of nanofiber production, the source of raw materials for electrospinning nanofibers, and the characteristics of electrospinning nanofiber wound dressings.
