双下肢钙化防御一例

摘要： 患者，女，56岁。双小腿红斑、结节、溃疡伴疼痛3个月。病史、临床表现结合组织病理学诊断为钙化防御。患者经治疗疼痛症状略改善，皮损无明显好转，2个月后失访。

关键词: 钙化防御, 慢性肾功能衰竭, 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进

Abstract: A 56-year-old female presented with erythema, nodules, ulcers and pain on both legs for 3 months. Combined with the medical history, clinical manifestations and pathology, the diagnosis of calcified defense was made. The pain symptom of the patient were slightly improved after treatment, while the skin lesions were not significantly improved, and the patient was lost to follow-up 2 months later.
