影像学术前评估联合改良慢Mohs显微描记手术治疗隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤一例

摘要: 患者,男,33岁。右侧前胸壁浸润性斑块10年,增生1年。组织病理诊断隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans,DFSP)。术前予以行强化MRI判断肿瘤侵袭深度,高频超声辅助判断肿瘤边缘,两种影像学检查联合完成术前评估。排除手术禁忌后予以行改良慢Mohs显微描记手术(slow modified Mohs micrographic surgery,smMMS)切除肿瘤,中厚皮植皮修复创面,术后恢复可,无术后并发症。

Abstract: A 33-year-old male presented with infiltrating plaques on the right anterior chest wall for 10 years and hyperplasia for 1 year. The diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) was made according to the pathological results. Preoperative, the enhanced MRI and high-frequency ultrasound were performed to determine the depth of tumor invasion and the tumor margin respectively. After the contraindications of surgery were excluded ,slow modified Mohs micrographic surgery (smMMS) was used to remove the tumor, and the wound was repaired by intermediate split thickness skin graft. Postoperative recovery was satisfactory without postoperative complications.
