摘要： [摘要] 恙虫病的病原体为恙虫立克次体，鼠为其主要传染源。恙虫病的流行有明显的季节性和地区性。本病并非罕见，但湖北省不在传统的疫区，省内未曾有病例报道，此文将为本地区首报。

Abstract: [Abstract] The pathogen of tsutsugamushi disease is rickettsia tsutsugamushi. Rat is the common infection source. The epidemic of tsutsugamushi disease is seasonal and regional. Tsutsugamushi disease is not rare in some areas, There was no report in Hubei province before. Three cases in Hubei province are presented in this report.
