化脓性肉芽肿的皮肤镜特征

摘要：

对30例化脓性肉芽肿患者的皮肤镜特点进行观察。结果发现30例患者中22例有均一红色区域结构（73.3%），17例有衣领征（56.7%），14例有白色轨道征（46.7%），13例有血管结构（43.3%）。均一红色区域及衣领征是化脓性肉芽肿皮肤镜下最常见的结构，同时具备这两种结构诊断化脓性肉芽肿的准确性较高；当缺乏衣领征，仅表现为均一红色结构及血管结构时不易与皮肤恶性肿瘤鉴别，需皮肤病理确诊

Abstract:

Thirty patients with pyogenic granuloma were observed under dermoscopy. The results showed reddish homogeneous area in 22 patients (73.3%), white collarette in 17 (56.7%), white rail lines in 14 (46.7%) and vascular structures in 13 (43.3%). A reddish homogeneous area surrounded by a white collarette was the most frequent finding. It is difficult to distinguish malignant tumours from pyogenic granulomas, if white collarette sign is absent. Under this circumstances histopathological examination is needed
