摘要： 与调Q激光相比，皮秒激光具有更短的脉宽（10~12 s），更高的能量，从而对周围组织的损伤较小，具有更优的治疗效果。我国对于皮秒激光的应用尚处于初始阶段。本文综述皮秒激光在皮肤色素性疾病中的应用。

Abstract: Compared with Q-switched lasers, picosecond lasers has shorter pulse（10-12s) and higher energy, which causes less damage to the adjacent tissues and is more effective. However, picosecond lasers have been used in China just for a few years. The application of picosecond lasers in the skin pigmentary diseases is reviewed.
