摘要： 例1，女，40岁。因牙痛自行口服“去痛片”4小时后四肢泛发红斑，界清，表皮分离，伴瘙痒，疼痛，低热，外阴黏膜受累，皮损占体表面积约30%。该患者20年前曾服用“去痛片”发生过相同部位相似皮疹。例2，女，68岁。反复多次自行服用“去痛片”，每次用药数小时后下肢即可出现边界清楚的大片红斑，伴水疱、大疱，并累及外阴黏膜，皮损占体表面积约30%。2例均诊断为泛发型固定性药疹，系统应用糖皮质激素治疗，预后好。

Abstract: A 40-years-old female presented with painful erythema spread over the legs, arms, and vulva mucosa with itching and fever after oral compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablet for 4 hours. The lesions covered at least 30% of the body surface area. The patient had the same history 20 years ago. Another 68-years-old female presented with erythema and blisters spread over the legs and vulva mucosa after oral compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablet for several hours and the lesions covered at least 30% of the body surface area.The diagnosis of generalized fixed drug eruption was made in the two patients and were treated with corticosteroid with good outcome.
