Abstract: Primary cutaneous cribriform tumor (PCCT) is a rare indolent skin tumor with uncertain malignant potential. This paper reports a 52-year-old male patient presenting with a red subcutaneous mass on the left thigh for 2 years, who was definitively diagnosed as primary cribriform cutaneous tumor by postoperative pathological examination, aiming to improve clinicians' understanding and diagnostic and therapeutic proficiency of this disease.
