摘要: 皮肤老化可分为内源性老化和外源性老化,新近研究提示除了紫外线诱导的光老化,更多其他因素也参与皮肤老化进程,且脂肪组织亦会出现光老化表现。肉毒素-A、交联透明质酸以及聚二氧环己酮线除经典应用外,本身亦具有一定抗老化作用。本文对皮肤光老化机制、临床表现及防治新进展进行综述。

Abstract: Skin aging can be divided into internal and external aging. Recent studies suggest that expect for ultraviolet-induced photoaging, many other factors are also involved in the skin aging process, and the adipose tissues also appear photoaging features. In addiation to the classic application, botulinum toxin type-A, cross-linked hyaluronic acid and polydioxanone thread also have centain anti-aging effects. The skin photoaging mechanisms, clinical manifestations and new progress in provention and treatment are reviewed in the article.
