摘要： 程序性细胞死亡受体-1（programmed cell death-1, PD-1）/程序性细胞死亡受体-配体1（programmed cell death-ligand 1, PD-L1）抑制剂治疗恶性肿瘤效果显著，但可引起斑丘疹样皮疹、瘙痒症和白癜风等皮肤不良反应,。本文对PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂的皮肤不良反应表现进行综述。

Abstract: Programmed cell death-1(PD-1)/programmed cell death-ligand 1（PD-L1）inhibitors has been proven to be effective in the treatment of malignant tumors. However, This immune-related adverse reactions of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are cutaneous complications, including maculopapular rash, pruritus and vitiligo, etc.al.. The adverse reactions of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are reviewed in this paper.
