摘要： 患者，男，53岁。躯干、四肢红斑、结节、水疱伴疼痛7天。结合其病史、临床症状、实验室检查及组织病理诊断为II型麻风反应，给予沙利度胺、糖皮质激素等治疗2周后病情好转出院。

Abstract: A 53-year-old male presented with erythema, nodule and blister with pain for 7 days. Combined with medical history, clinical symptoms and pathology, the diagnosis of type II leprosy reaction was made. The patient showed clinical improvement after treated with thalidomide and glucocorticoid for 2 weeks.
