摘要： 患儿，女，9岁。面部色斑9年。皮肤科查体符合太田痣和贫血痣表现。太田痣采用调Q激光处理，治疗后2年复诊，面部褐青色斑片消失。贫血痣未处理。

Abstract: A 9-year-old girl presented with facial stain for 9 years. The dermatological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of Ota nevus and nevus anemicus .The Ota nevus was treated by Q-switched laser and disappeared after 2 years treatment, but nevus anemicus was untreated.
