摘要： 结节性类天疱疮(PN)是一种罕见的大疱性类天疱疮(BP)亚型，其特征是结节性痒疹和水疱以及与类天疱疮相同的免疫学结果。本文对该疾病的流行病学、病因及发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗作一综述。

Abstract: Pemphigoid nodularis (PN) is a variant of bullous pemphigoid (BP) . It is characterized by nodular pruritus, blisters and the same immunological findings as BP. The predisposing factors, epidemiology, autoantibodies and antigenic epitopes, diagnosis and treatment are reviewed in this paper.
