摘要： 患者，男，77岁。2个月前行左肾盂癌根治术。组织病理示尿路上皮癌，给予吉西他滨膀胱灌注出现双侧阴囊肿胀，伴表皮发红破溃，灼痛感明显。诊断：接触性皮炎。保守治疗后病情好转。

Abstract: A 77-year-old male presented with bilateral scrotal swelling. He had an operation on the left renal pelvis carcinoma two months ago. Pathological examination showed urothelial carcinoma. After the bladder perfusion with gemcitabine, bilateral scrotal swelling occurred with redness and ulceration of the epidermis. The burning pain was obvious. The diagnosis of contact dermatitis caused by extravasation of chemotherapy drugs was made. The problem wasl improved after conservative treatment.
