小汗腺汗囊瘤Robinson型一例

摘要： 患者，女，40岁。面部皮疹反复4年余。皮肤科查体：眶周、鼻唇沟、上唇散在或密集分布半透明直径约1~3mm淡蓝色囊性丘疹。组织病理示真皮内部可见孤立扩大的囊性导管和囊腔，囊内有淡红色无定形物质。诊断：小汗腺汗囊瘤Robinson型。治疗：部分皮疹给予超脉冲CO2激光治疗，目前仍在随访中。

Abstract: A 40-year-old female presented with facial rash for more than 4 years. Dermatologic examination showed pale blue translucent papules (1-3mm in diameter) scatteredly or densely distributed on her periorbit, nasolabial sulcus and upper lip. Biopsy showed enlarged cystic ducts in the dermis and there was some reddish amorphous material in ducts. The diagnosis of eccrine hidrocystoma of Robinson type was made. The patient was treated with superpulse CO2 laser and is under follow-up.
