摘要： 患者，女，55岁。右小腿结节伴疼痛4年。皮肤超声检查：肿块位于皮肤真皮深层及皮下组织，实性，低回声，边界较清晰，大小约3.85 mm×3.22 mm×2.13 mm。组织病理学检查符合血管平滑肌瘤诊断。

Abstract: A 55-year-old female presented with nodule on her right leg for 4 years. Ultrasonographic examination showed a well-defined, homogeneously hypoechoic mass in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, 3.85 mm×3.22 mm×2.13 mm in size. The biopsy features of the lesion were in accordance with the diagnosis of angioleiomyoma.
