摘要： 患者，男，37岁。双手掌及腕部凹陷性斑点1年。皮损组织病理示：圆锥形板层出现柱状角化不全特征性改变，下方颗粒层明显减少。诊断：点状汗孔角化症。局部给予维A酸软膏,每日2次。

Abstract: A 37-year-old male presented with depressed macules on his hands for one year. Biopsy showed columnar keratinization in the conical lamellar layer with thinned granular layer beneath. The patient was diagnosed as punctate porokeratosis and treated with topical tretinoin cream, twice a day.
