摘要: Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是一种广泛存在于巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、中性粒细胞等的模式识别受体(pattern-recognition receptors,PRRs),宿主细胞表面的TLRs通过识别真菌细胞表面的相关病原相关分子模式参与免疫应答。多项研究表明TLR2和TLR4在宿主免疫中具有重要作用,本文就TLR2和TLR4的结构与功能、信号传导途径及其与孢子丝菌病的关系进行综述。

Abstract: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are a kind of pattern-recognition receptors which exists extensively in the macrophage, dendritic cell and neutrophil. TLRs on the host cell surface participate in the immune response by recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) which are distributed on the fungal cell surface. Several studies have shown that TLR2 and TLR4 play an important role in the host immunity. The update of the structure and function of TLR2 and TLR4, signal transduction pathways, and the relationships between TLR2, TLR4 and sporotrichosis is presented in this paper.
