摘要： 水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的发热和皮疹的传染性疾病，多见于儿童，少数可发生于成人。成人水痘往往比儿童水痘症状重，更容易出现并发症，本文将对我院收治的2例成人重症水痘合并多器官衰竭进行报道并对相关文献复习。

Abstract: Varicella infectious diseases with fever and rash caused by primary infection with varicella zoster virus (VZV). Varicella is usually self-limiting but sometimes can be life-threatening, especially in adults. Two adults cases of severe varicella with multiple organ failure in our hospital were reported and analyzed, the literature is reviewed in this paper.
