摘要： 血小板富集血浆（PRP）是自体高度浓缩的血小板血浆，浓度为正常成年人外周血中血小板浓度基线值的4～7倍。PRP富含生长因子，有助于促进上皮、血管、胶原再生。本文主要围绕PRP在损容性皮肤病，包括雄激素性脱发、斑秃、瘢痕、白癜风、萎缩纹及面部年轻化等进行综述。

Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a plasma fraction that contains a greater concentration of platelets, which is usually 4 to 7 fold of the mean platelet concentration of the whole blood. Platelet-rich plasma is rich in growth factors and can promote epithelialization, angiogenesis and collagen regeneration. This review mainly summarizes the application of platelet-rich plasma in discosmetic dermatoses, such as androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, scar, vitiligo, striae distensae and facial rejuvenation.
