潍坊地区628名女性皮肤保健认知及行为调查

Investigation on cognition and behavior of skin care in 628 women in Weifang

摘要: 目的:了解潍坊地区女性群体对皮肤保健的认知情况和行为习惯。
方法:以潍坊市三甲医院的女性就诊者及陪同人员、在校女大学生和研究生及商场女性消费者为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行调查。结果:(1)共628人接受调查,包括青年组(15~29岁)302例,中青年组(30~39岁)217例,中年组(40~49岁)77例,中老年组(50~59岁)32例,结果显示大多数对皮肤健康知识有一定了解,但对日光照射危害及防护紫外线种类认知不足;(2)青年组洁面产品使用习惯的比例(88.7%)高于其他各组。油性肤质组洁面产品使用率(91.8%)高于干、中性肤质组(P<0.05)。(3)青年组保湿产品使用率(93.4%)高于中青年组及中年组。干性肤质组保湿产品使用率(95.1%)高于混合性、油性肤质组(P<0.05)。(4)中青年组防晒产品使用率(52.15%)高于青年组(41.4%)、中年组(26.0%)和中老年组(15.6%)。结论:被调查人群的皮肤保健知识认知不全面,不同群体的护肤行为习惯具有差异性。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the cognition and behavior of female on skin care in Weifang. Methods: The female patients and their accompanying staff in Weifang third-grade hospital, female college students, graduate students and consumers in shopping malls were investigated by by self-made questionnaire. Results: (1) A total of 628 participants were investigated, including 302 in youth group (15-29 years), 217 in middle-young-aged group (30-39 years), 77 in middle-aged group (40-49 years), 32 in quinquagenarian group (50-59 years). The results showed that most of them had some knowledge about skin health, but had little knowledge about the hazards of sun exposure and the types of UV protection. (2) The facial cleansing product use rate in the youth group (88.7%) was higher than that in the other groups. And the use rate in the oily skin group (91.8%) was higher than that in the dry skin group and neutral skin group (P<0.05). (3) The use rate of moisturizing products in dry skin group (95.1%) was higher than that in mixed and oily skin group (P<0.05). And the use rate in youth group (93.4%) was higher than that in middle-young-aged group and middle-aged group. (4) The sunscreen products use rate in middle-young-aged group (52.15%) was higher than that in youth group (41.4%), middle-aged group(26.0%)and quinquagenarian group(15.6%). Conclusion: The knowledge of skin care of the surveyed population is not comprehensive, and the skin care behavior of different groups is different.
