摘要：

对于临床表现不典型的无肌病皮肌炎患者，容易被延误诊治。本文报道1例55岁女性患者，临床表现为双手冻疮样皮疹，肌电图示神经肌肉未见异常，特发性炎性肌病抗体谱16项：MDA5（++），PM-Scl75（++)。

Abstract: The diagnosis and treatment of dermatomyositis patients with atypical clinical manifestations are easily prone to be delayed. We report a case of dermatomyositis patient who was a 55-year-old female and presented with chilblain-like rash on hands. The electromyography was normal. Antibodies of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy spectrum detection showed MDA5 (++)，PM-Scl75 (++).
