龙珠软膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮的疗效评价

摘要： 目的：评价龙珠软膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：将2018年3月至2019年4月本院皮肤科门诊就诊的轻中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予龙珠软膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗，对照组单用盐酸米诺环素胶囊进行治疗，疗程4 周，观察比较两组总有效率、不良反应以及停药后短期复发率。结果：共治疗患者160例，每组80例，观察组总有效率为94.81%明显优于对照组72.37%（P<0.05）；疗程结束后4周内观察组复发率为36.36%明显低于对照组71.05%（P<0.05）。观察组3例、对照组4例出现严重头晕，终止治疗，其余患者均顺利完成治疗。结论：龙珠软膏联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效优于单用盐酸米诺环素胶囊，复发率低。

Abstract: Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Longzhu ointment combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules for mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods: The patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. All the patients were treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride capsules and those in the observation group was treated with additional topical Longzhu ointment cream for 4 weeks. The total effective rate, adverse reactions and short-term recurrence rates were calculated. Results: 160 cases were collected, 80 in each group. The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.81%, which was higher than that in control group (72.37%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the recurrence rate in observation group was 36.36%, which was lower than that in control group (71.05%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). 3 patients in the observation group and 4 in control group had the adverse reaction of severe dizziness and the treatment was discontinued, other patients has no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: The treatment of Longzhu ointment combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules for mild to moderate acne vulgaris is more effective than minocycline hydrochloride capsules alone, and has lower recurrences rate.
