摘要: 芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor, AHR)是一种在皮肤细胞中表达的核转录因子,可介导多环芳烃类化合物(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAH)的细胞毒性反应,在皮肤细胞的分化增殖发挥重要作用,继而产生对皮肤细胞衰老、凋亡等方面的影响。外源性污染物主要是通过皮肤上的芳香烃受体进行传导作用。目前关于AHR与肿瘤和炎性皮肤病的研究已比较成熟,本综述旨在对 AHR介导的皮肤衰老机制的研究进展进行综述,探讨针对芳烃受体靶向抗衰的途径。

Abstract: Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR), which mediates the cytotoxic reaction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, is a nuclear transcription factor expressed in skin cells. AHR is essential in the progress of differentiation and proliferation of the skin cells, and subsequently affects senescence and apoptosis. Transmission of the exogenous pollutants are predominantly through the AHR receptor. Currently, the association between AHR and tumor, as well as inflammatory skin disease, have been widely studied. Therefore, this review aims to summarize the advances in the mechanisms of AHR-mediated skin exogenous aging, and to explore the anti-aging pathway targeting AHR receptor.
