沿Blaschko线分布的四例炎症性疾病临床病理分析

摘要： Blaschko线是分布于人体皮肤黏膜上的一种特殊的线条排列，被认为是皮肤嵌合体的表现形式。既往文献已报道多种沿 B 线分布的皮肤病，分为先天性及后天性。现报道4例沿B线分布的炎症性疾病，分别为线状皮肤型红斑狼疮、线状硬化性萎缩性苔藓、线状苔藓、线状扁平苔藓。

Abstract: The lines of Blaschko is a special line arrangement distributed on the human skin and mucous membranes, it is considered to be a manifestation of skin chimeras. It had been reported that a variety of skin diseases along Blaschko's lines in previous reports, which were classified as congenital and acquired. Here we report four types of inflammatory diseases along Blaschko's lines, including linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus, linear lichen sclerosis atrophicus, lichen striatus, and lichen planus liuearis.
