摘要： 患者，男，59 岁。皮肤出现黑褐色丘疹伴瘙痒5年余。皮损组织病理示: 表皮角化过度，可见圆体及谷粒细胞，基底层上裂隙形成。诊断为偏侧分布的线状毛囊角化病。

Abstract: A 59-year-old male presented with dark brown papules for more than five years. The histopathology revealed hyperkeratosis, corps ronds and grains, and suprabasal cleft. The diagnosis of linear Darier's disease was made.
