鼻根部非典型性纤维黄色瘤一例

摘要： 患者，女，51岁。鼻根部皮下肿物10年，增大1年，无自觉症状。皮损组织病理示：(鼻部)梭形细胞肿瘤，部分肿瘤细胞异型性及多形性明显，诊断为非典型性纤维黄色瘤。免疫组化结果：CD34(-),CK-pan(-)，S-100(-),SMA(-)，Ki67(10%),CD10(+),CD68(+)。诊断：非典型性纤维黄色瘤。

Abstract: A 51-year-old female presented with subcutaneous mass on the base of the nose for 10 years and enlarged for 1 year without any symptoms. The pathology showed (nose) spindle cell tumor, some tumor cells obvious atypia and pleomorphism. Immunohistochemical showed CD34(-), CK-pan(-), S-100(-), SMA(-), Ki67(10%), CD10(+), CD68(+). The diagnosis of atypical fibroxanthoma was made.
