摘要： 太藤丘疹红皮病目前常见的治疗方案是系统使用环孢菌素等免疫制剂、维甲酸和糖皮质激素药物，以及补骨脂素加长波紫外线疗法，局部外用糖皮质激素等。本文报道NB-UVB治疗太藤丘疹红皮病一例，并对NB-UVB治疗该病的可能机制进行了分析。

Abstract: At present, the common treatment regimens for papuloerythroderma of Ofuji(PEO) are the systematic use of immune preparations such as cyclosporine, retinoic acid and glucocorticoid drugs, as well as PUVA, and topical glucocorticoids. We reported a case of papuloerythroderma of Ofuji treated with NB-UVB and analyzes the possible mechanism of NB-UVB in the treatment of PEO.
