摘要： 过敏性皮肤病主要是由IgE介导的变态反应疾病，其发病受环境和遗传因素影响。环境可能通过不同机制促进过敏性皮肤病的发展，而早期对过敏性皮肤病患者进行环境风险的评估和预防对于改善患者症状具有重大意义。本文旨在阐述环境与过敏性皮肤病的相关性及最新研究进展，为过敏性皮肤病高风险患者提供更多预防思路。

Abstract: Allergic skin diseases are IgE-mediated allergic diseases, and their pathogenesis is affected by environmental and genetic factors. The environment may promote the development of allergic dermatosis through different mechanisms, and early assessment and prevention of environmental risks for patients with allergic dermatosis is highly significance in improving their symptoms. This paper focuses on the correlation between the environment and allergic skin diseases and the latest research progress to provide more preventive ideas for patients with high risk of allergic skin diseases.
