摘要: 近年来,腋臭患者对创伤小、恢复快的非手术疗法需求日益增长。微波、激光、A型肉毒毒素以及射频微针等方案,因其相较于传统手术存在的创伤及术后并发症的劣势,已成为腋臭分级治疗体系的重要组成部分。相较于微波,射频微针在BMI指数较低且想要保留腋毛的轻中度腋臭患者中更具优势,本文旨在以射频微针为例,通过综述其作用原理、临床疗效及安全性,探讨射频微针在腋臭非手术治疗中的应用价值、优势以及局限性,以期为完善腋臭的阶梯化、个体化治疗方案提供理论依据与临床参考。

Abstract: In recent years, the demand for minimally invasive and fast-recovering non-surgical treatments among patients with axillary osmidrosis has been increasingly growing. Schemes such as microwave, laser, botulinum toxin type A, and radiofrequency microneedling have become important components of the graded treatment system for axillary osmidrosis due to the disadvantages of traditional surgery, such as significant trauma and more postoperative complications. Compared with microwave, radiofrequency microneedling has more advantages in mild to moderate axillary osmidrosis patients with low BMI and who wish to retain axillary hair. This review focuses on radiofrequency microneedling as a representative technique, synthesizing current evidence on its mechanism of action, clinical efficacy, and safety profile to evaluate its value, strengths, and limitations within the non-surgical treatment armamentarium for axillary osmidrosis. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and clinical insights to support the refinement of stepped and personalized treatment strategies.
