面部结节性皮肤淀粉样变二例

Nodular cutaneous amyloidosis on the face: two cases report

摘要： 结节性皮肤淀粉样变为皮肤淀粉样变的一种罕见类型，本文报道2例。患者1，男，44岁，鼻部左侧红色坚实性丘疹1年余；患者2，女，54岁，鼻部丘疹10年余，鼻部及右侧唇角可见散在坚实性半圆形黄色至肤色丘疹，部分融合成斑块，曾误诊为玫瑰痤疮。2例患者经皮肤病理检查及特殊染色确诊为结节性皮肤淀粉样变，均给予复方倍他米松皮损内注射，结节缩小。

Abstract: Nodular cutaneous amyloidosis is a rare subtype of cutaneous amyloidosis, and two cases are reported herein. Patient 1 was a 44-year-old male who presented with a red firm papule on the left side of the nose for more than 1 year. Patient 2 was a 54-year-old female who had papules on the nose for more than 10 years; scattered firm semicircular yellow to skin-colored papules were visible on the nose and the right corner of the mouth, some of which merged into plaques, and she was once misdiagnosed as rosacea. Both patients were diagnosed with nodular cutaneous amyloidosis by skin pathological examination and special staining, and were given intralesional injection of compound betamethasone, resulting in shrinkage of the nodules.
