Abstract: Objective: To determine the impact of multi-role collaboration supported by a nurse workstation system on surgical efficiency in dermatology outpatient clinics. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 cases of outpatient surgery under the conventional model from January to March 2025 and another 100 cases under the new nurse workstation system model from April to June 2025. Preoperative waiting time, surgical turnaround time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: In the new model, the patients' waiting time and preoperative preparation time were both significantly shorter than those in the conventional model (P<0.05); the scores of nursing coordination quality and nursing document quality in the new model were both significantly higher than those in the conventional model (P<0.05); and patient nursing satisfaction in the new model was higher than that in the conventional model (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of a multi-role collaboration model supported by a nurse workstation information system effectively reduces preoperative waiting time and anxiety levels, enhances nursing satisfaction, and improves the utilization rate of operating room resources.
