摘要： 近来，肥胖已演变为全球性公共卫生问题，它不仅与代谢性疾病存在紧密关联，还对皮肤健康产生显著影响，特别是在特应性皮炎的发生与发展过程中扮演重要角色。本文对近年来有关肥胖对特应性皮炎影响的研究进展进行了系统综述，着重探讨了肥胖作为一种慢性低度炎症状态，对免疫系统、皮肤屏障以及瘙痒机制的调控作用，以期为肥胖加剧特应性皮炎的机制研究及临床干预提供理论支撑。

Abstract: In recent years, obesity has emerged as a global public health concern. It is not only intricately associated with metabolic disorders but also exerts a substantial influence on skin health, particularly in relation to the onset and progression of atopic dermatitis. This review provides a systematic review of recent research advances on the effects of obesity on atopic dermatitis, focusing on how obesity—as a chronic state of mild inflammation—modulates the immune system, skin barrier function, and pruritus mechanisms, thereby offering theoretical insights for mechanistic studies and clinical interventions in obesity-associated atopic dermatitis.
