摘要： Elafin是中性粒细胞弹力蛋白酶（neutrophil elastase，NE）的内源性特异性抑制物，通过拮抗NE作用发挥其抗增殖、抗炎症等作用。Elafin参与黑素瘤、银屑病、血管炎、移植物宿主病等多种皮肤疾病的发生发展。本文就Elafin在某些皮肤疾病中的作用加以综述。

Abstract: Elafin is an endogenous specific inhibitor of neutrophil elastase (NE) which displays anti-proliferation and anti-inflammatory properties by antagonizing NE. Elafin plays a significant role in multiple skin diseases such as melanoma, psoriasis, vasculitis, graft versus host disease, etc. In this paper the role of elafin in some skin diseases is reviewed.
