持久性豆状角化过度症1例

摘要： 患者，女，48岁，双下肢角化性丘疹半年。皮肤科检查：双下肢多发性对称分布的棕红色角化过度性丘疹，直径约1-5mm。皮损组织病理学检查：表皮局部呈塔尖样致密角化过度，其下方表皮萎缩，真皮浅层炎细胞浸润。诊断为持久性豆状角化过度症。给予阿维A口服及维A酸乳膏外用症状好转。

Abstract: A 48-year-old female presented with hyperkeratotic papules on lower limbs for six months. Physical examination revealed multiple, symmetrically disseminated hyperkeratotic papules on the lower extremities. The size of the papules ranged from 1 to 5 mm in diameter. Biopsy revealed focal hyperkeratosis, atrophic epidermis and lymphocytic infiltration. The diagnosis of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans was made. The treatment with retinoid was partially effective.
