摘要： 皮肤血管的发育及形成是一个重要的生物学现象,其异常发育与多种皮肤疾病的发生发展直接相关,深入了解皮肤血管的发育和形成机制对皮肤相关疾病的研究及治疗有着重要的意义。本文主要介绍了胚胎期皮肤血管的起源和形成以及结构特征，详细归纳了在皮肤血管形成以及动静脉分化过程中所涉及的调控机制，最后对神经系统发育和皮肤血管形成之间相互调节相互影响的关系进行了探讨。（是综述吗？）

Abstract: The development and formation of skin blood vessels are important biological phenomena and the abnormal development of blood vessels is involved in various skin diseases. Therefore, understanding of the developmental and formation mechanisms of skin blood vessels is very critical for the researches and treatments of those skin diseases. The characteristics of dermal vascular structures and distributions and the relationship between the origin and the structural characteristics of skin blood vessels in embryonic stage were reviewed in this paper.
