摘要： 头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎(PCAS)可能与毛囊闭锁、各种感染、免疫因素等多种因素有关，目前尚无特效方法。本文就近年来PCAS的病因、发病机制、临床表现及治疗方面的进展进行综述。

Abstract: The onset of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens (PCAS)  may be associated  with follicular atresia, infections, immune factors and so on. There is no special treatment for it at present. The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment are summarized in this paper.
