93例女性生殖道感染念珠菌菌种分布及药敏结果分析

Analysis of strain distribution and drug sensitivity test of Candida in 93 female patients with genital tract infection

摘要: 目的:明确93例女性生殖道念珠菌感染菌种分布及药敏。方法:收集93例女性生殖道感染患者分泌物,采用Sabouraud琼脂培养基进行菌落培养,血清芽管试验及CHROMagar显色培养基进行菌株的筛选,DL-96 FUNGUS念珠菌鉴定系统进行念珠菌鉴定及药敏试验。 结果:菌种构成分布依次为白念珠菌81株(87.10%),光滑念珠菌8株(8.60%),都柏林念珠菌、热带念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、乳酒念珠菌各1株(1.08%)。白念珠菌对两性霉素B和5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率为100.00%,其它依次为伏立康唑(93.83%)、氟康唑(85.19%)和伊曲康唑(62.96%)。光滑念珠菌对两性霉素B和5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率为100.00%,其它依次为伏立康唑(87.50%)、氟康唑(62.50%)和伊曲康唑(25.00%)。结论:女性生殖道感染的念珠菌主要菌种是白念珠菌,敏感率最高的药物为两性霉素B和5-氟胞嘧啶。

Abstract: Objective: To determine characteristics of the strain distribution and drug sensitivity test of Candida in 93 female patients with genital tract infection. Methods: The genital tract secretion specimens were collected from 93 female patients. The Candida isolates were cultured in Sabouraud dextrose agar. The types of Candida isolates were identified by CHRO Magar medium, germ tube test with serum and DL-96 FUNGUS System. The drug sensitivity of Candida isolates was detected by DL-96 FUNGUS System. Results: Out of 91 specimens, 81 strains (87.10%) were identified as Candida albicans, 8 (8.60%) as Candida glabrata, one (1.08%) as Candida dublin strain, one (1.08%) as Candida tropicalis, one (1.08%) as Candida krusei and one (1.08%) as Candida kefyr strain. The drug sensitivity test of Candida albicans showed that the sensitivity rates of amphotericin B and 5-flucytosine were 100.00%, followed by voriconazole (93.83%), fluconazol (85.19%) and itraconazole (62.96%). The drug sensitivity test of Candida glabrata showed that the sensitivity rates of amphotericin B and 5-flucytosine were 100.00%, followed by voriconazole (87.50%), fluconazol (62.50%) and itraconazole (25.00%).  Conclusion: The most Candida species in female genital tract infection is Candida albicans. The most sensitive drugs were amphotericin B and 5-flucytosine.
