Q开关1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮30例疗效评价

摘要： 目的：评价Q开关1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：选取临床中度痤疮患者30例， Q开关1064 nm Nd：YAG激光4 mm光斑扫描皮损处，能量密度4.0～6.0 J/cm2；无菌注射器清痘后再次以6/8 mm光斑全面部扫描，能量密度2.0～3.5 J/cm2。每两周1次，共3次。治疗后3个月评价疗效。结果：30例患者中，显效20例（66.67%），有效9例（30%），无效1例（3.33%）。丘疹、粉刺、脓疱及红斑消退率分别为69.70%，54.87%，93.25%，26.37%。结论：Q开关1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗中度寻常型痤疮安全有效。

Abstract: Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods: Thirty patients with moderate acne vulgaris were treated with Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, firstly 4mm spots, 4.0-6.0 J/cm2, and then, cleaned the comedos or/and pustules with sterile injection syringe followed by Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for 6/8mm spots, 2.0-3.5 J/cm2, once two weeks for 3 times. Results: Of 30 patients, 20 patients (66.67%) were remarkably improved, 9 (30%) were moderately improved and one (3.33%) was ineffect. The clearance rates of papules, pimples, pustules, and erythema were 69.70%, 54.87%, 93.25% and 26.37%, respectively. Conclusion: Q-Switched  1064nm Nd:YAG laser is effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
