摘要：

目的：分析32例皮角患者的临床特点。方法：对32例皮角患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：皮损位于头颈部24例、躯干部2例、上肢2例、下肢4例；组织病理示病毒疣20例（62.5%）、脂溢性角化症5例（15.6%）、癌前病变5例（15.7%）、毛囊角化症1例（3.1%）和原位鳞状细胞癌1例（3.1%）。结论：皮角好发于身体的暴露部位,大部分皮角为良性病变

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of 32 patients with cutaneous horns. Methods: The clinical and histopathological data of 32 patients with cutaneous horn was  analyzed retrospectively. Results: The lesions were located on head and neck in 24 cases, on the trunk in 2, on the arm in 2, on the leg in 4. Biopsy showed warts in 20 cases (62.5%),  keratosis in 5 (15.6%), precancerous lesions in 5 (15.7%), seborrheic follicular keratosis in one (3.1%), squamous cell carcinoma in one (3.1%). Conclusion: Cutaneous horns usually presented on the exposed area and most were benign lesions
