摘要: 大量研究表明芍药苷具有明显的抗氧化作用,主要通过抑制氧化亢进、增强抗氧化能力、改善线粒体功能、抑制钙离子超载、抗凋亡、抑制/活化相关信号通路等多途径、多靶点发挥作用,本文将对其进行综述。

Abstract: The significantly antioxidant effect of paeoniflorin is reported in many reports recently. The mechanism of antioxidant stress relating to inhibition of the hyperoxidation, enhancing antioxidant capacity, improving mitochondrial function, inhibiting calcium overload, anti-apoptosis, inhibiting or activating relative signaling pathways ect, which is reviewed in this article.
