摘要: 目的:检测UVB辐射后成纤维细胞中IFI16的表达水平。方法:用亚毒性UVB诱导成纤维细胞老化,并用real-time PCR和western bolt方法检测IFI16 mRNA 和蛋白质表达水平的变化。结果:UVB照射后诱导的老化成纤维细胞中IFI16 mRNA和蛋白质分别为空白对照组的2.11±0.45倍和1.59±0.23倍。结论: UVB诱导的成纤维细胞中IFI16表达水平升高,IFI16可能参与细胞光老化的进程。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the level of IFI16 in the fibroblasts irradiated by UVB. Methods: The fibroblasts were irradiated by triplicate UVB, and the levels of IFI16 mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and western blot. Results: The levels of IFI16 mRNA and protein in the fibroblasts irradiated by UVB were 2.11±0.45 and 1.59±0.23 times more than those in normal fibroblasts (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of IFI 16 was increased in the fibroblasts irradiated by UVB. IFI 16 may be involved in the process of fibroblasts photoageing.
