Abstract: The bases for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP）mainly are symptomatic, such as anti-anaphylaxis, vitamin and calcium supplement. However, the therapies for those who have involvement of severe arthritis, gastrointestinal?complications and nephritis should be personalized, including corticosteroid, immunosuppressant, decoagulants, plasmapheresis, traditional Chinese mdicine and so on, which is reviewed in this article.
