摘要: Mas相关G蛋白偶联受体家族(Mas-related G protein-coupled receptors,Mrgprs)是一类新型G蛋白偶联受体家族(G protein-coupled receptors,GPCR),特异性分布于外周感觉神经元和肥大细胞,在瘙痒、疼痛等躯体感觉中具有重要的生理意义,可能成为抗瘙痒药物开发的新靶点。本文综述了Mrgprs的分类、分布、在皮肤源性瘙痒发生机制中的作用、细胞内信号传导通路及其临床应用价值等方面的研究进展

Abstract: Mas-related G protein-coupled receptors, a novel type of G protein-coupled receptors, are specifically expressed in peripheral sensory neurons and mast cells. Mrgprs play an important physiologic role in itch or pain and may be a new target for anti-itching drugs. This review summarizes the current knowledge on the classification, expression, function in pruriceptive itch, intracellular signaling pathways and therapeutic potential of Mrgprs.
