透明细胞棘皮瘤一例

Clear cell acanthoma: a case report

摘要： 患者，男，59岁，因腹部圆顶状单发质硬的褐色结节2年余就诊。组织病理检查显示棘层肥厚，棘细胞层可见境界清楚的大而透明的细胞团块，PAS染色阳性,符合透明细胞棘皮瘤的诊断。手术切除后随访至今未复发。

Abstract: A 59-year-old man presented with a brown, dome-shaped, solitary nodule on the abdomen for about 2 years. Histological examination revealed prominent acanthosis with large and pale keratinocytes, riching in intracellular glycogen, PAS (+). These histology fetures are in accordance with cell acanthoma. There was no recurrence after the lesion was removed.
