摘要： 重症斑秃是指脱发面积大于头皮面积的30%，治疗方法包括系统用药及外用药物，本文就近年来有关重症斑秃治疗的进展进行综述。

Abstract: When the alopecic area is more than 30% of the scalp, we call it as severe alopecia areata. The treatments include systemic and topical drugs. In this paper, the update of the treatment of severe alopecia areata is presented.
