蜂窝织炎样Sweet综合征一例

摘要： 蜂窝织炎样Sweet综合征与蜂窝组织炎极为相似，常发生于肥胖患者，临床表现为急性发作的大片红斑、发热和以中性粒细胞为主的白细胞增多。本文报道一例蜂窝织炎样Sweet综合征。给予甲泼尼龙口服及卤米松外用，1周后皮损逐渐消退。

Abstract: Cellulist-like Sweet's syndrome closely resembles cellulitis, often occurs in obese patients, and is characterized by an acute onset of large erythema, fever, and leukocytosis with predominantly neutrophils. We report a case of cellulitis-like Sweet syndrome, and the patient was given oral methylprednsiolone and topical halometasone, the lesions gradually subsided after one week.
